01 Raw Material Collection

We purchase the raw materials we need from contracted coconut farms located throughout India. These coconut husk are carefully inspected for quality before being placed in our storage yard.

02 Raw Material Pre Processing

The fibre is removed from the coconut husk using a beating principle after it has been stored, relocated for pre-processing, broken down, and stored.

03 Extraction

The coconut husk is removed from the pith and fibre using the beating principle. Then, the machine outlet is used to remove the coir pith.

04 Screening

To eliminate the undesirable fibre content from the extracted coir pith, it is run through our screening equipment.

The Pith is washed to get rid of any extra Electrical Conductivity and to assist get rid of any extra unwelcome materials. Both natural bedding and artificial washing procedures are used to complete the washing process.

06 Drying of Pith

After the pith has been cleaned, the EC level is verified, and it is then dried using a natural drying process. Using our sophisticated technology, we move the pith to various positions to dry it from all sides.

07 Block Compression

The compressed Coir Pith is then removed when it has dried. It is divided and compacted according on size and specifications.

08 Quality Control

Our highly skilled and knowledgeable staff members collect a sample from the current production and inspect it for quality. The Team makes sure the product is free of contaminants including pathogens, vegetation, stones, and sand.
